Our Approach to Conflict Resolution
At the IFED International Peace Center, we believe that sustainable peace requires addressing the root causes of conflict through dialogue, mediation, and collaborative problem-solving. Our conflict resolution programs bring together parties in conflict to build understanding and develop shared visions.
We create safe spaces for dialogue between conflicting parties, facilitating conversations that build understanding and trust. Our trained facilitators help participants navigate difficult topics and identify common ground.
Our mediation services help parties in conflict find mutually acceptable solutions to their disputes. Our mediators are neutral third parties who guide the process, ensuring that all voices are heard.
We believe that sustainable peace requires building local capacity for conflict resolution. We provide training and support to individuals and organizations in conflict-affected regions.

Community Reconciliation in Rwanda
